Xtreme Golden Brown Black

Strong warm black color to create dark eyeliners. The color will still look black but in the mix we added some warm pigments to prevent blue or green healing.  Strongly advised for people with darker skin tones. Golden Brown Black is in compliance with new Reach regulations.
