Satin black pigment.  Dark eyeliner pigment for clients who want a more subtiele eyeliner. This is for many elder clients the favorite colour. Black Velvet is absorbed by the skin easily and heals fast. Orange a red pigment is added to avoid gray and blue undertones. Black Velvet is in compliance  with Reach Regulation.
